After my recent article on Himalayan Meditation, readers from many parts of the world shared similar questions. They wished to understand this sacred practice more deeply, to know how to join it, and to learn how it can become a part of daily life. It is a joy to share that this guidance is now available on one simple and accessible platform: the Dhyan App.

Created as a spiritual companion for seekers everywhere, the Dhyan App brings the essence of Himalayan Meditation closer to daily life. Whether one is taking the first steps on the spiritual path or has been walking it for years under Gurudev’s guidance, the app offers quiet support and continuity in one’s inner journey.

A Spiritual Platform for Seekers Across the World

The Dhyan App brings together all Gurutattva offerings in a single place. It is available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, and can be used in English and Hindi, making it suitable for seekers from different cultures and backgrounds.

The app offers two registration options: Quick Registration and Community Registration. Once registered, the app serves as a seeker’s spiritual identity, securely maintaining important details such as the year of joining, year of Gurudiksha, attendance records, and other milestones of the spiritual journey.

For a sincere seeker, the Dhyan App becomes a trusted companion rather than just a digital tool.

Five Core Services of the Dhyan App

1. Meditation Centers

The Meditation Centres feature helps seekers find meditation centers near their location. Each center’s address, timings, contact details, and location map are clearly provided. By entering a PIN code, seekers can easily locate nearby centres and plan their visits with ease and clarity.

2. Dhyansthali

The app also provides detailed information about Dhyansthalis, sacred spaces where seekers can experience a deep sense of stillness and divine presence. These spaces are meant for inner reflection and spiritual renewal.

Dhyansthalis are located in India as well as in other countries. Complete location details are available through the Dhyan App, allowing seekers around the world to connect with these sacred spaces.

3. Prayer Centre (Prarthnadham)

The Prayer Centre allows seekers from anywhere in the world to submit prayers according to their personal needs. Prayers may be offered for health, spiritual growth, education, career, relationships, or for support during difficult phases of life.

Many elderly devotees find mobile browsers challenging to use. The Prayer Center within the Dhyan App provides them with a simple and comfortable way to submit prayers. An emergency prayer contact is also available. A devoted team continuously carries out this Gurukarya with care and sincerity, keeping the welfare of all at heart.

4. Naamkaran

In Indian spiritual tradition, a name given by a Guru is considered sacred and meaningful. Respecting this tradition, the Dhyan App offers the Naamkaran service, through which names are bestowed by Shree Shivakrupanand Swamiji.

Naamkaran may be performed for a child, a newly married bride, a home, a business, or a project. Each name is offered as a blessing, carrying Gurudev’s grace and spiritual intent.

5. Donation

The Donation service allows devotees to contribute through the app with ease. A detailed information form ensures transparency and proper coordination between the donor, the trust, and the banking institutions.

A Live Connection with Gurudev’s Teachings

The Dhyan App offers more than structured services. It helps seekers remain connected with ongoing updates and announcements related to Himalayan Meditation.

Many devotees possess Gurudev’s and Guruma’s discourses on CDs or DVDs. While these remain valuable, they are not always easy to carry or access. Through the Dhyan App, these teachings are available at any time and in any place.

In the audio section, seekers can listen to Gurudev’s discourses and Guruma’s bhajans. Most discourses are around 30 minutes long and are well-suited for meditation sessions, quiet reflection, or travel. At present, nearly 555 discourses are available on the app, along with a rich collection of Guruma’s bhajans and teachings. The listening experience is free from advertisements, allowing complete focus and inner absorption.

Guided Meditation for Home Practice

The app also offers guided meditation audio, allowing seekers to begin their practice at home. This is especially helpful for those who wish to prepare themselves before visiting a meditation centre or Dhyansthali.

An Invitation to Begin

The Dhyan App gently invites seekers to turn inward and reconnect with their inner selves. It offers guidance, support, and continuity on the spiritual path, while keeping one connected with Gurudev’s blessings wherever life may take them.

Download the Dhyan App and begin your inward journey with sincerity, faith, and grace.
