Also spreading awareness of Yog is not Yogasana. Yogasana is for physical (outer level) well-being and Yog is harnessing ourselves (inner level).  And bringing the real feeling of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam to come true with the awakening of mankind.

Our Master

His Holiness Shree Shivkrupanand Swami (Baba Swamiji) is an enlightened yogi who was in search of the ultimate truth since his childhood. He went to the Himalayas and spent 16 years of his life there, absorbing the divine wisdom from many revered Himalayan Gurus. Since the inception of Samarpan Dhyanyog in 1994, he has been sharing this 800-year-old holy wisdom of meditation with every human being in the world and charges only 30 minutes of your time.

Himalayan Meditation

Unlike other meditation techniques, Himalayan meditation is a Samarpan Sanskar that doesn’t involve any kind of physical activities or complex techniques. Samarpan means ‘to surrender’. When a seeker completely surrenders himself to the divine energy of Guru Tattva, all the knowledge and wisdom of the Guru gets transferred to him automatically.

Daily practice of meditation or Sadhna is the key to spiritual progress. Since Himalayan meditation doesn’t involve any technique, Swamiji has asked to donate 30 minutes of our time every day. Swamiji himself has donated 30 minutes of his time to his Gurus. In these 30 minutes, we just need to meditate without any expectations.

Himalayan meditation centers are running regularly in more than 29 countries of the world and lakhs of people are making their lives happy by adopting this meditation.

Samarpan Dhyanyog was originally introduced by Swamiji in 1994.

Shree Mangal Murti

Shree Mangal Murti is an idol that contains the powerful and divine energies of Guru Tattva. During 45 days of Gahan Dhyan Anushtan, Swamiji transfers his life energies into one idol which later on becomes Shree Mangal Murti. This entire process of transferring life energies is called ‘Pran-Pratishtha’.

Every year, Swamiji does the Pran-Pratishtha of one Mangal Murti which is later on emplaced in a Guru-Shakti Dham.

Baba Dham

Baba Dham is the residence of Swamiji and Guru Pariwaar. Whenever Swamiji visits Ashram, he stays in Baba Dham, leaving his divine energies behind for the Sevadhari and visitors.

Gaushala

Gaushala

Gaushala is one of the most prominent parts of the Ashram. Swamiji once said, “Gaushala is the driving force behind the growth of the Ashram.” Each Ashram has a dedicated Gaushala where all Indian cows and bulls are sheltered. All Gaumata (cow) are fed nutritious food every day and a dedicated team of Sevadhari takes care of them.

Swamiji personally names each Gaumata and visits them regularly. That’s the reason so many visitors feel the energy in Gaushala.

Prarthna Dham

Prarthna Dham is a one-of-its-kind global seva centre initiated by Swamiji to eliminate the sufferings of every human being. Prarthna means prayer from the heart. Swamiji has channelized his energies into a few people who run this centre 24*7 and pray for the betterment of humankind. All human beings around the world can contact Prarthna Dham at any time and register their prayers, free of cost!

The Vision

To impart the highest spiritual knowledge through direct experience. With this lofty ideal, Hermitages are proposed to be developed at secluded locations in the country, with the objective of providing space and an environment in tune with nature. These Ashrams will help the visitors recharge their depleted mental batteries and return to society, reinvigorated, and balanced with a sense of purpose to face Life’s challenges afresh and to live a holistic life.

The Mission

  • Children should be spiritually advanced from childhood so that they get a bright future.
  • The young generation should know self-realization, for virtuous souls may arrive on this earth.
  • May the whole world experience the Himalayan Meditation by surrendering oneself to Universal Energy.
  • The feeling of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam should come true with the awakening of mankind

Donate for a Cause

A minute of your time and a little support is all that is required to make us achieve these objectives for a healthy and balanced society. Any generous monetary help from you will definitely help our cause.

Ashram & Baba Dham Maintenance

While one of the Ashrams is self-sustainable, the rest of them require Shram and Dhan-Daan to sustain.  We are trying all the Ashrams to become self-sustainable and manage their monthly expenses. By the grace of Guru, Sadhaks around the world, are ready to donate their valuable time. We heartily invite you for a voluntary donation for Ashram and Baba Dham maintenance.

Guru-Shakti Dham Nirmaan- Ek Daan Sarv Gurushakti Dham

At present, multiple Guru-Shakti Dhams are being built at different Ashrams. Swamiji once said, “Guru-Shakti Dham will become a centre point for the seekers around the globe and a source for self-realization.”

Let’s become a part of this divine Gurukarya through a voluntary donation.
